Ayup. That was me.

Actually we have talked about it quite a bit over the years on this list,
but unfortunately it's probably difficult to dig up the references, as
there's no one term that's always included in the posts. ("Elder games"
was a term I hadn't before I wrote that description of the CGDC.)
Unfortunately I'm leaving for a trade show (ASI, in Las Vegas) in a few minutes
so I don't have time to go digging through the archives. I'll do it when
I get back and see what I can find; if not, I'll sum up some of the ideas
that I've heard on here over the years.
It's definitely one of my favorite topics, one of the few I've ever seen done
well (or at all!).
