unless it is type treasure, then it should not exceed it's level

Mobiles:

should ever carry more than 2500 gold pieces.
 
Rooms:
 
Rooms should not have more than 5 gold lying around.

Basically, use common sense here, and make everything make sense.
 
Before making an area, its a REALLY good idea to plan it out on paper first.
Make a map, make sure it doesn't overlap, label on the map where you want key
things to go, etc.  
 
Be creative!  Don't just remake an area that already exists, try to be
original!
 
Don't ask for way too many vnums then you are going to require, usually around
100 is a good, fairsized area.  Although some can be much smaller, and some
will be upwards of 1000.

No item may have more than 1 of the offensive weapon flags, 2 if the
weapon is also flagged MAGIC.  The offensive flags are:

&B Resistance Guidelines:
 
Resistances are now able to be added to equipment.  These should be used
sparingly, as there are many spells/skills that give resistances.
 
Body, Hold, Shield:
Maximum of 2 Resistances, for a combined total of 15%.  These don't
have to be evenly split, ie, 5% and 10% is fine.  You may not make
items with -10 and +25 however. 
 
Legs, Head, Hnads, About, Mask, Lense, Ears, Arms, Feet, Holster:
Maximum of 1 resistance, up to 8%. 
 
Finger, Neck, Orbit, Ankle, Wrist, Waist:

All mobs in the HQ are to be level 50, with no more that 24000hp.
They may not have more than two shields.  The exception to
this is the clan healer, which can be level 110, have
30000 hp, and 5 shields.  No mobs are to have any
mprogs with a few exceptions.  They are as follows:
 
5 mobs that load in the hq can have the general yell
   all greet prog.
The clanhealer, and the alignment mobs may have the
   regenerative death prog.
 
All other progs are to be checked by Nexus.  They
should not be anything more than perhaps a rand prog or
all_greet_prog that makes the mob twitch, or something.
Hitroll and Damroll of mobs are to be 100, and the Clanhealer
is to have the CLANHEALER act flag.

You stand in a large, high walled chamber.  Fifteen feet in the air you
see two spheres of magelight illuminating the room in their soft glow.  The
uneven granite walls cast flickering shadows over themselves, making the
walls almost seem to move and breath.  Near one wall is a large, black oaken
desk with stacks of papers and other writing instruments, as well as some
small objects, their purpose you can only guess.  Behind the desk is a high
backed black leather chair which has seen much use, and behind that you see
a large map that is spread across the whole wall.  The map seems to depict
everything in the Realms with minute accuracy, every tree, hill, mountain,
town and plain are intricately drawn.  On another wall you see a weapons
rack filled with every type of weapon you have encountered, as well as some
you haven't.  Some are chipped, and others have smal;l bloodstains on their
cold metal surfaces.  Sitting next to another wall is what seems to be a
shimmering rip in the air, and as you look closer you actually look through
the rip and see another room.  This doesn't look like a very inviting place,
and maybe it's not a good idea for you to be here.  There is an exit to the
South that leads back to the Hierophant.

hatred and evil.  This is Master Azathoth, Lord of All.  "Azathoth is the
'ultimate nuclear chaos', at 'the center of infinity'.  It is from the
Throne of Azathoth that the aimless waves, 'whose chance combining gives
each frail cosmos its eternal law', originate from."  Azathoth's eyes seem
to shine a &Rbright red&g and as they fade back to their normal &rred&g,
demons fill the Void with you.

tablecloths cover the polished white tables, and verdant plants line the
open windows, through which the night sky glistens like a thousand jewels. 
A chamber orchestra plays on a raised dais; the notes of a Bach concerto
float through the air.  Most of the tables are occupied, with silent couples
staring into each others eyes while waiters gracefully carry platters of
aromatic food and wine.  A single rose sits in a delicate marble vase on
your table, and the warm summer air brings the fragrance of a thousand
violets to you.

water.

In the Jacuzzi~

&BYou gently relax in the warm water, feeling totally at peace.  The
water is faintly luminescent and throws sparkling gleams of light against
the ceiling.  The bottom of the jacuzzi is covered with white and blue tiles
which form an intricate pattern that reminds you of the ocean.  Though the
air is calm, the water swirls gently around you, massaging your limbs with
it's soothing warmth.

brick fireplace which fills the room with warmth and a soft light.  On the
cabin walls you notice a strange, yet moving sight; someone has written
poetry in a flowing, graceful hand, and the runes seem to glow with a
magical light.  A small, frost-covered window looks out into the snowy
wilderness, where the temperatures have risen enough so that a soft, warm
rain fills the air.

lillies everywhere filling your head with a heady scent, seducing your senses.
You feel an intoxication coming on and yet are powerless to stop it. You surrender
to the euphoric sensations that fill your every pore.  As the feeling of euphoria
begins to fade slightly, and you regain partial control of your senses, you wonder
exactly how you arrived here.  Looking around you see there are no doors in this
room.  Upon further investigation, your realize you are inside a giant scallop
shell under the ocean.  It is made of pure gold, and encrusted with many diamonds.
This is where Aphrodite enjoys spending time alone, but if you are very fortunate,
perhaps you may spend a moment here with her.  To the EAST, you notice an exit to
heirophant.  You notice an Arch leading DOWN to Tyrion's room, but know it is not
for you to use.
