This room has a rather large forge off to one side, and is obviously used
for repairs.  A monster of a man, Sacire, is constantly at work, repairing
all of Tyrion's treasure horde.  "Repair all" will cause him to stop working
and fix your armour.  A flight of stairs leads up into the Centurion of
Unholy Plague's office, while you can see another flight of stairs leading
downward.

The power of magic is felt very strongly here, and is more powerful the
further north you go.  This room has a note board in it, used for Unholy
Plague information and ideas.  Read it often, for it sometimes has vital
clan information that all will have to be made aware of, such as alliances,
or prisoners, or clan artifacts and equipment.  A decaying stairway leads
down into the Hall of Shame, and a sturdier staircase leads up to the Hall
of Death.

This room has incredible power.  A throne sits against the norhtern wall,
