Winding through the forest floor is a small trail, overgrown with bushes
and strewn with rocks.  Its seems to have last been used many years ago. 
The air is ominously still, no birds are calling, no squirrels are
chattering.  Something sinister is about these woods.  Your mind flashes
back to your childhood, to stories of bandits and muggers stalking these
woods.  Could the stories be true?  Could Vendetta still lurk within the
darkness of this grove?

You follow the trail deeper into the grove, alongside a small stream.  It
leads into a narrow gorge surrounded by trees of many types and colors.  The
depth of the stream seems to grow, and the speed of the water begins to
churn.  You must ford the stream to pass any further.  To the east, you hear
the echoing sounds of falling water, and the whistle of mist through the
trees.

You are standing beneath a large waterfall.  The mists from the falls
envelops you in a cool cloud of haze.  Behind the waterfall, you notice

deep thunk at your feet.  You are being watched, and Vendetta knows you are

An arched corridoor~

Deeper into the cave, the ground slopes sharply downward.  You follow a
ways into a large arched corridor, carved from the rock.  The ground is
noticeably less slippery, as the dripping water channels its way down to the
left and right of the main walkway.  The corridor leads farther down to the
east.

You have come to a small turn in the corridor.  The distance between the
torches is growing, and the light around you is beginning to fade.  To the
north, you hear the faint merry voices singing and carrolling many different
