Magical weapons should start at their * 1501-3000 SP: -1 natural substance rating and go up from there * 3001-6000 SP: 0 depending on the bonuses, RP background of the * 6001-12000 SP: +1 weapon, etc. You may be asked to justify the * 12001-22000 SP: +2 #'s you use, so be sure you've thought about it * 22001-30000 SP: +3 and not just haphazardly thrown some numbers * Invulnerable SP: +6 into the structure points slot.
