The chat "mode" allows you to talk to other people mudwide.
To use it simply type: "%1Chat join%0".
You will be given a > prompt. You will then be in the AR Chat System.
From that point on, anything you type will be sent to the chat
channel, just as in IRC. There are three commands you can use in 
chat also, prefaced with the %1/%0 key. They are:

%6/%1who%0 - This will show you everyone who is currently
in the chat channel.

%6/%1:%0- This is chat channel mode (for actions,etc.)

%6/%1exit%0 -This will take you OUT of chat mode.

Also, %6/%1?%0 will take you out of the above options.
NOTE: You cannot chat AND mud, they are exclusive to one another.
If you are in chat mode, you will not see anything mud-related,
nor will you be able to send commands to your character.
%1Chat mode can only be actived and heard in Gateways, or
other rooms that are flagged "peaceful", for the safety of your
character.%0
