Clans are groups of players that are lead, run and maintained by a player leader.
All clans fall under the guidelines AR's %7POLICY%0.
Minimum level for a new clanleader: %150%0.
Minimum number of clan members needed for a new clan:%12%0.

Applications/Backgrounds:
All clans must give some type of written background on their clan.
All hopeful clanleaders must send a background on themselves,
<biography>, clan background, and/or any other pertinent information
to the current Head of Clans' email. <no mudmails>. This must be done
and considered and accepted before you are considered a "clan".
The HoC may request any changes or revisions in this applications before
acceptance and making of the clan.

Clan mechanics:
All clans are held by AR's policy. All clans are built and maintained by
the Clan Leader and his/her assistants. The HoC will not make changes,
plans, or revisions with anyone other than the creative leader of a clan.
<IE: the person with the plus symbol at the end of their title on the who screen.>
Each clan leader is responsible for their own clan. HoC does not determine
how a clan should run, but can be helpful in advising such matters.
All clan leaders must provide clan information to the HoC as ask.
HoC's require a list of all current clan members. All clans are responsible
for keeping up with their clanhall and clan related items. Clanhalls are
detailed in "%1help%6 clanhalls%0". Non-clan members are not
allowed to hold/use any clan key or clan teleport item. If any clan leader
wishes to "quit", turn over leadership so that another may work with the
HoC in the creative function, will be gone for a period of more than a 
month <Real Time>, they should notify the HoC. The HoC and the HoC's
assistant will decide the proper course of action required. The HoC may
ask for any information on the clan at any time. The HoC may disband
a clan for any reason at any time. The HoC may revoke clan leader status
for any reason at any time. The HoC may dismiss any clan member for any
reason at any time. The HoC may revoke clanhalls for any reason at any time.
The Hoc may revoke clan related items for any reason at any time.

Clan leaders may choose the level of acceptance to their clan, clan-
assistants for their clan <by using the command "%1clanassist %6player's name%0".>
clanname, as long as it does not parody, mimic or be identical to any
current clanname. Clan leaders may designate whether they wish to have
a majority of RP members or not. Clans are no longer desginated as
RP or NRPC. However, the policy rule still applies, do not hinder those
that wish to RP.
