These are various rules and guidelines. Please follow them.

DESCRIPTIONS:
-Maximum line width for any aspect of OLC: 75 characters.
-Minimum #lines for room descriptions: 4 lines.
-Minimum #lines for mob descriptions: 3 lines.
-Minimum #lines for exit descriptions: 1 line.
-Minimum #lines for object descriptions: 1 line.

WEAPON DIE ROLLS:
-No weapon's maximum damage should exceed 36 for any reason. This means
 the multiplication of the two values (XdY should be = or < 36).
-The highest damage dice should be 8d4 (i.e.: no 36d1 and so forth).

ITEM AFFECTS:
-For attributes (str/int/wis/dex/con/hitroll/damroll): +/- 3.
-For hitpoints/mana: +/- 30.
-For movement: +/- 60.
-For hitpoint/mana/movement regen: +/- 20.
