Cyruss Lor is now in charge of player shops.  Contact him for a brochure 
detailing player shops.  If Cyruss is unavailable, brochures can be found at
the Office of Residential and Commercial Development in the Ossat Custom
Equipment Company building.

It has been noted that many people find themselves unable to find the office.
These directions should help: Upon arriving at Ossat Island, travel south from
the docks to Municipal Walk.  Continue south into Ossat Square.  Travel east
from the Square.  Continue each down Harbor Walk until it intersects Forest
Road.  The Custom Equipment Company building lies south of the intersection.
