%1ASSASSIN MURDER%0
%1<<%0 optional Player-Kill%1>>%0

%1<<%0 See also Asay%1>>%0
%1<<%0 See also Arena%1>>%0

Some players tire of killing mobs, and desire a more intelligent
adversary. As it is illegal to harm or kill other players, the
availability of being an Assassin is welcome to some.

Assassins are the only players who are allowed to PK, kill steal, corpse
loot, steal, and otherwise romp all over other assassins. ANYTHING is fair
game between assassins. What's the catch? Assassin actions <listed at this
paragraph's beginning> are allowed _%1ONLY%0_ between assassins. This
means that, if the other player does not have the assassin flag, you
cannot touch that player, even if you are an assassin. %1BOTH%0 players
must be assassins, victim and perpetrator alike.

To become an assassin, type "%1req assassin%0'. This sends a signal
to immortals, and Ulutiu or higher will come and see you as soon as
possible. You will be asked if you understand the rules in this helpfile,
and in the policy. If you do, you will become an assassin <assassin status
may be revoked by an immortal if deemed necessary.>

%6Important things to remember:%0
1> %1Only%0 assassins may touch assassins. %1BOTH%0 must have the flag.
2> Multis %6without%0 the assassin flag may %1NOT%0 assist assassins in
   assassin activities.
3> Once one has gone assassin the flag can %6never%0 be removed, except
by an immortal and only as punishment.
4> If a non-assassin is caught assisting an assassin, that player will be
   flagged assassin.

The '%1murder%0' command is how you kill another assassin. That's pretty
simple, eh?
