VTSIZE

This is a vt100 command, therefore you must be in vt100 mode before
using this command. (See: help vt100)

This command sets how large you want the scrolling window and the
prompt window to be.
vtsize <top window lines> <menu bar lines>
example: vtsize 21 1
top window scroll area of 21 lines
menu bar 1 line thick
vtsize no arg gives currents
