%BValls shack in the sky%0~
You have stumbled upon an old run-down shack of sorts.
Papers with strange writings on them (C, Pascal, FORTRAN, APL, ..)
are scattered throughout the room. Against on wall is a desk with
a dusty computer on top. On the wall is a sign which simply
reads: Vall.

Prairie of death~
The general feel of this part of the prairie is unnerving. You can
pinpoint why, but it seems as if you are being watched. The edge of
the plateau lies to the west here overlooking a road directly below.
You can also just make out the village of Mesraht in the distance.

Prairie of death~
You have come to a dead end. The prairie is encapsuled by stone
walls that jut up out of the ground and disappear into the sky.
The peculiarly smooth surface of the rock face makes it impossible
to climb up. Dead animals litter the ground here and the smell of
death is nearly overcoming. A strong smell of carbon eminates from
the slick stone walls.
The only exit is back the way you came from.

Beginning of Canal~
You are wading through a canal that is just about up to your chest
in depth. The water has a murky brown texture and coloring to it which
is far from the crystal-like qualities of the water in the pool to the
south. The wind here is non-existant, therefore there are no ripples
on the surface of the water except those created by you. The banks on
either side of the canal are indeed too steep to climb up which forces
you to chose north or south as your exits.

North end of pleasant road~
You come to the end of the pleasant road. Thick forest surrounds the end
of the path. A small dark trail leads into the forest to the north,
winding slowly between the thick trees. The wind gently sways the very
tops of the trees here, causing the dark forest to the north to howl
slightly, the wind whistling through the leaves. You notice some writing
that has been carven into a large tree next to the trail.
