These commands for mainly for builders who don't yet have the 'force'
command, so that they may equip the mobs in their zones. They're simple
to use. Merely type '<command> <mob> <item(s)>.' For example, to make
a nixie mob get rid of her shirt, type 'frem nixie shirt,' 'fdrop nixie
shirt.' It's as easy as that.
