This command toggles your prompt characteristics into and out of
bar" format. With %5bars%7 on%0, your normal prompt numbers for things
like hit, mana, and move with be replaced with "%5bars%0".

For example....

HIT: {%1>>>>%0    } will be shown instead of the normal numbers
with "%5bars%0" on.

%5Bars%0" is merely a toggle command and works best with VT100 mode.
