If you are going for a medieval them I'd note that brassieres are a very recent (french) invention (the bloddy idiots). The entire concept of undergarments is actually a very modern thing. Your budding busty wenches and the like back then were actually nekkid under their outer dresses, as were your serfs under their own outer garments. I won't comment on how flat out itchy rough wool trousers really were, especially when worn under armour. Halters of various forms to bind (never contain) breasts, were used long previously to bras. They were just flat binding strips, somewhat egyptian mummy-style, and were general purpose outer garments mostly used to get the damned flappy things out of the way. Remember: nudity was not thought much of a few hundred hears ago. It was a sign of wealth and success that one could __afford__ to dress in clothes in many cases. What remained of clothing otherwise was strictly functional: either for warmth or protection. Of course your players might respond a little differently if they suddenly find that that everyone is both anatomoically correct and naked.
