This is an in-progress, very very very VERY ugly hack of a util.

It basically loads a stock formatted world from lib/world and saves it in
DAO format in lib/zones.

I'm not sure if this will ever be included with the CM^2 release, or if
converting an existing world will be left as an exercise for anyone who
choses to upgrade to CM^2.

Of course, if this code were properly cleaned up and organized it'd be
easier to make it a "put this here" "put this there" and have it work.
