The Entrance~
You are in a large hallway.  The floor is compleately marble, and on
several locations, there are beautiful carvings.  The walls and windows
are decorated with red curtains, swords, and ceramonial shields.
Bright armors decorates all exits from the room.

Inside the HQ~
This hall connects to two rooms at north and west.  There is a large
stairway leading up.  There is a big map of thera drawn on the east wall.
There is also a big symbol on the floor, it looks like the symbol of
Justice, but you can't see if briefly.

That room is the chamber of laws.  Honorable warriors walk out the door
and many others enter.  The room presents the matters of law.

Room of Laws~
This place is the room where all Justices' study the laws, and learn how
to use them.  There is a big big plaque on the north wall, the code of Justice.
There is also another big notice, a red curtain with silvery letters,
the laws.

The chapel~
You are in the Chapel of Head Quarters.  This place is for those defenders
of laws, not to heal, and rest but also to pray to their gods, and listen
their cleric to learn the manners of praying.  The western and eastern
walls of chapel have shelves enlarging from up to down, and hunderets of
candles emiting their soft light in to the room.

You are at the upstairs next to the stairway.  Only a single door can be
seen to the west.  The symbol on the floor at downstairs is much visible
from here.

Mayor's Room~
You are in the mayor's room.  The mayor is too busy with the city
problems and he visits his room at the HeadQuarters so rare.  There is a
big sign with a headline saying: 'Tips for new Justices' on the wall.
