The Entrance to the Imperial Palace.~
You are standing before a large archway. At either side you there are
Imperial guards staring blankly in front of themselves. Tall spires of
grey stone rise up before you seemingly with no end. Each stone seems 
deliberatly placed as to not disrupt the order of the palace. The smell
of insense wafts through the gates from the inner courtyard and assault 
your senses. Through the gates to the north you see a beautiful courtyard.

The inner gates~
Just inside the gates now you can see a splendid courtyard unfolding before
you. To your imediate right and left you notice racks of weapons organized
in perfect order. Each weapon is placed so it may be seized quickly at any
sign of intrusion. To your north lies the courtyard, and to the south is
the Entrance.

The Imperial Courtyard~
You are standing in a courtyard formed completely from metal and stones. The
courtyard is open to the dark skies above, yet you feel completely surrounded
by the palace. In the center of the yard there is a large iron fist from which
fresh clean water flows. To the north you can see the Throne room and to your
east and west lie castle wings.

The Throne Room~
You are now in the Emperor's Throne Room. Directly in front of you is the throne
itself. It is inlaid with precious jewels of every kind and guilded with gold.
All about the throne there are strategically placed servants ready to bend to the
Emperor's every whim. There is no ceiling in this room. You can see straight up to
the top of the highest spire where stained glass causes filtered light to cascade
down the grey stone walls. To the south you can see the courtyard.

A hallway in the Western wing~
You are standing inside of the western wing, which is home to the sects of Black magic 
and the sect of the Blade. There are high ceilings in this room and long black candles 
provide the only light. To the north lies the hall of the Blade. To your south lies the
hall of Black magic.

The Hall of Black Magic~
This room is completely dark save one candle in the center of the room. It is blood red
candle which burns in the center of a large demonic symbol. The walls are covered in bloody
sigils and glyphs.Just as in every other room the walls are comprised of the cold grey
stone. The ceiling is completely covered in skulls which stare down at you will hollow eyes.
To the north you can see the hallway.

The Hall of the Blade~
This room is filled with weapons of every make. There are practice dummies lining the walls,
and large whet stone in the corner. In the center of the room there is a forge where formless
steel is pounded into perfect order.Just as in every other room the walls are comprised of
the cold grey stone. Battle cries sound from every corner of the room, declaring the sovereignty
of the Empire. To the south you can see the hallway.

A hallway in the Eastern wing~
You are standing inside of the eastern wing, which is home to the sect of the Arcane and the sect
of the Divine. There are high ceilings in this room and long black candles provide the only light.
To the north lies the hall of the Divine. To your south lies the hall of Black magic.

The Hall of the Arcane~
The air in this room seems electric. All about you light seems to reflect differently. Runes cover
every inch of this room. Bookshelves dominate the back wall of this room. The eastern and western 
walls contain racks of scrolls and potions orginized perfectly. Just as in every other room the walls
are comprised of the cold grey stone.

The Hall of the Divine~
You are standing in a large airy room. All about you are different altars and shrines. The groans and
utterings echo off the walls. All about you priests tear thier clothes and cut themselves in order to
bring the eyes of thier Lord upon them. To the north lies the hallway.

The Imperial Treasury~
You are standing in the Imperial Treasury. All about you wealth is piled high. Gold and gems that the 
empire has collected through tithes are held here. Imperial soldiers block the doorway with crossed
halberds. To the east you can see the Emperor's Throne room.
