South is the only interesting option. ~ 0 8 0 Rd 0 D2 ~ ~ 0 0 762 S #765 Mining Tunnel~ You can see by the bare walls that the dwarven miners didn't miss much in their findings. The corridor is pretty bare of traffic as well. ~ 0 8 0 Rd 0 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 766 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 761 S #766 East End~ This part of the mine comes to an abrupt stop. Something big must have happened to make the mining dwarves put a halt to their work. ~ 0 8 0 Rd 0 D3 ~ ~ 0 0 765 S #768 Tunnel~ The rock here is laced with gold and several broken mining axes litter the floor. Seems there was a rockslide of some sort, judging from the rubble near the western wall. ~ 0 8 0 Rd 0 E rubble~ A large pile of rubble blocks the passageway to the west. ~ D1 ~ ~ 0 0 761 D3 A large pile of rubble blocks the passageway to the west. ~ rubble~ 3 0 713 S #769 South Tunnel~ The excavation of this area has only recently been started. You managed to outwit the gods with your continued survival. There is only one exit ... A gaping hole to the west. ~ 0 8 0 Rd 0 E hole~ There is a very large hole here in the west wall. ~ D3 A large hole makes for passage in the west wall here. ~ ~ 0 0 781 D4 ~ ~ 0 0 761 S #781 Crystal Tunnel~ You are amazed at the brilliance of the work here. It must have taken a lot of pick-axes to make the slightest dent in this very expensive looking rock. You are troubled by the notion that if they would go to all this trouble, there must be a pretty good reason nearby. ~ 0 12 0 Rd 0 D0 ~ ~ 0 0 782 D1 ~ ~ 0 0 780 S #782 Royal Guard Station~ The guards here look like they'd enjoy beating your paltry hide against these granite walls just for thinking bad thoughts about the King. By the way, the King can be heard shouting profanities to the east.
