Sparse vegetation clings to the wall, growing in small clefts in the weather-beaten stone. A number of granite boulders have fallen down the cliff over the ages, becoming buried in the soggy dirt. To the south a small path cuts through a grassy area, while to the north you can follow along the cliff face towards a waterfall. Near the waterfall, and all along the clefts of the cliff, lush plants grow and thrive. To the southeast you see a large pond filled with reeds. Light, refracting off and through the water splays playful patterns of color upon the uneven walls. The ground and cliff are damp with mist, the bare rocks slick with the moisture. Very little vegetation manages to grow here despite the damp conditions; only sparse grasses cling to the cliff face. There are several large, craggy boulders here. They appear to have fallen down from the cliff face a long time ago, and now have little burrows underneath them where small animals of some sort must live. ~ E south bridge~ The small bridge seems to span a stream leaving the pond to the southwest. ~ E grasses~ Small clumps of grass cling to cracks in the cliff side. Small grasses and plants try to eke out a living on the craggy stone. Small scrubby plants dot the area, but otherwise there is little greenery in this dusty and rock-strewn area. To your west, a reed-filled pond sits in a small depression, fed by a large waterfall that cascades down the cliff to your northwest. The small plants that grow in the cracks are stunted, and seem to be barely surviving. There are plenty of hand and footholds if you wanted to try and climb it. ~ E cliff~ The cliff is comprised of a grey granite, weathered deeply and covered with splits and cracks. The cliff forms a semicircle, curving around to your northwest and past a large waterfall in that direction. Small plants dot the cliff face, growing in the tiniest of cracks. ~ E bridge 1 south~ This old wooden bridge spans the small stream leaving the pond and heading off to the southeast. The bridge appears sturdy, although its wood is worn by the passage of many feet. ~ E scrubby plants grasses~ The few plants that manage to cling to life here seem to be struggling. Thankfully there are plenty of handholds that make it quite easy to climb down. The view is spectacular; you can see the bustling town of Chiiron to the south, and the awe inspiring rugged nature of the mountains rising to the north. Just to the east you see a large graveyard, littered with tombstones and a large mausoleum. To your west the forest spreads out as far as you can see. You can only go down from here. ~ ~ 301465609 4 5 0 E Chiiron~ From here you can almost see the people walking along the streets of Chiiron. As towns go, it is quite small, but well-fortified. You can see the guardsmen walking along the battlements. ~ E graveyard~ The graveyard sits atop a hillside just to your southeast. A thick fog seems to blanket it, giving you only scattered glimpses of the overgrown weeds and ancient tombstones. ~ E forest~ Tall pine trees grow in a thick forest just to the west of Chiiron. You can see a small trail heading west into the forest, but it quickly disappears. Far off in the distance to the west you think you can see some smoke on the horizon. ~ E mountains cliff~ The cliff to the north quickly gives way to a high mountain range.
