NEWS            NEWS [next|prev|[goto ]<#>|post "message"|delete <#>].
		This command lets you read and post to the local news system.
		Just type "NEWS" to read the current article, and use
		"NEWS next" and "NEWS prev" to move back and forth between
		articles, or "NEWS <article-#>" to jump to that article.
		Use "NEWS post" to add an article. Wizards can delete
		articles with "NEWS delete <article-#>".
