Alright, I was helping a new MUDder get started, and found that the gmud archive here is corrupted. I left a comment in the repository, and realized, it probably won't be seen. So, the suggestion is to add a 'recent comments' section, like the recent posts and recent downloads.

That's been on the back burner for some time. Will get to it when time permits. In the meantime I've removed the gmud client from the repository since the zip was corrupted.

You know, I may have a copy of gmud around here somewhere, though I know Remcon's got a working copy. Personally I like gmudix better, and I know I've got a copy of it handy, but I'm not sure about it's license restrictions on distribution and I know the original author not only no longer supports it but has apparently shut down his web site (the only place you could previously find a reliable version) about a year ago…

I do have a copy of GMud and yea it works, but it is such a pain sometimes and often crashes lol. I've even been playing a mud on it and it for some odd reason decide it needs to be three commands behind what I enter. It wouldn't catch up with me either. I sat and waited since it seemed behind me and it would just wait till I entered something else and then it would finaly send the command I typed 3 commands ago to the mud. Ended up having to close it and reconnect for it to straighten out.

You caused an overflow. Someone should really get a hold of the source and fix the two bugs it has. No, I'm not volunteering.
