Can anyone chime in on the state of either of these and offer any arguments for why one might use one vs. the other as a starting point for implementing MSDP?

KaVir's Protocol snippet is a more full featured snippet. Containing MXP, MSSP, MSDP, 256 Color, UTF-8, etc whereas Scandum's snippets are targeted at a specific protocol (at least from what I remember of them - been a while since I looked at Scandum's as I use KaVir's)….
