The main page is only configured to show the 20 muds with the least amount of connections. The "show all" link was provided in response to those who wanted to see the entire list.

The mud list navigation link at the top of the page displays the 20 mud listings with the lowest number of connections, to see the rest of the list, you have to click the show all link.
While this works great for now, should the list start to become a bit cumbersome, I'm sure we'll need to have links to show muds by alphabet or codebase or other sort criterea instead/in addition to. Afterall, if the list here ever got to be as big as the one on TMC, for example, a single page listing them all would be overwhelming to say the least.
