The Realm buitl in PvP control form the beginning so I guess its a non issue thoguh i HAVE seen PvP hackers who get around the PvP flag and have to be handled by the sysops. Simialrly there are other anti-social behaviors they have foudn a need to police externally. I've personally never seen a commerical environment that DID work with just player policing, though i have heard rumors of one (the aforementioend space game on Genie). I suspect its mostly due to different users.
