The watcful eye can be created and controlled by any fae that have chosen
the path of the arcanist (evolved in arcane). This eye will report anything
that happens to it back to its controller, and it also possesses the ability
to cast spells at the command of the creator. A fae does not need to be
in the same room as the eye to control it.

Syntax: watchfuleye        - create an eye.
Syntax: nibbleeye [spell]  - order your eye to cast a spell.
