Any warlock that has gained the '@@path of space@' evolve can gain this evolve,
which allows a warlock to cast a negative affect spell, which will reduce the
movement, mana and hitpoints of the target player, or add similar affects to an
object.

This evolve opposes the '@@glimmer chain@' evolve, and a warlock can only gain
one of these two evolves.

To use this spell in a chain, the warlock must set the type of the
spell to 'plague' using the 'wtype' command.
