This evolve can be gained by any giant who meets the statistics requirements
and have not yet picked the giant evolve 'form of mud'. This evolve allows
the giant to summon a thunderstorm into the room, effectivly striking any
mobile in the room (who is not standing firm) with the full fury of the
thunderstorm. Mobiles may be struck unconscious, hurled to other rooms or
simply ride the storm.
