The policy regarding harassment over AberChat is essentially the same as it
is on most MUDs.  Harassment will not be tolerated.  It isn't nice, don't do
it!  This applies to ATELL in particular.  If you are using ATELL to
communicate with someone at another MUD and they ask you to stop it, then
stop it!  We really don't see the need to elaborate further here.  You all
know what harassment is.
