       &+Wonly given out in rare situations.  Under most circumstances
       &+WA power must:

       o  be online a good portion of each day
       o  be extremely knowledgeable in regards to  quests, zones, new 
          code developments & abermud bugs
       o  have a great personality
       o  have excellent communication skills
       o  demonstrate a usefullness to the mud
