NAME
	set_socket_mode - set the mode for a socket

SYNTAX
	int set_socket_mode(int fd,int mode);

DESCRIPTION
	Set the mode for a socket fd, note that you can only change
	the submodes BUFFERED_OUTPUT and BUFFERED_INPUT. Returns 1 for
	success and 0 for failiure. See socket_create for more details
	on the modes.
