NAME
	gets - get a string from stdin

SYNTAX
	string gets();

DESCRIPTION
	This function can only be called when the driver is i batchmode. It
	locks the driver and waits for input from stdin, and when it has
	received a line it returns it. If an end of file is encountered before
	any characters have been read, 0 is returned.

NOTA BENE
	This function may only be called by objects with the same euid as
	the masters uid or when the driver is in batch mode.
