_wizard         _wizard [options].  This is how to turn your wizbit on
                and off. The options are "_wizard on password", 
                "_wizard off password", and "_wizard password old new".
                If you are a wizard and walk off of your untermud, your
                wizbit will be automatically stripped. To get it back, you
                must be on your untermud, be in the _wizards list
                on the sysobj, and know the password to '_wizard on'.
