WHO             WHO [who], [who], ...  With no arguments, it shows you the
                entire list of everyone on-line the local untermud. With
                arguments, it will only show the players that you specify,
                if they are on. For example, if "Igor The Ferret" is logged
                on, and you type "WHO Igor", you will be shown Igor's name
                and how long he's been on and a few other things.
