Standard log files placed in the library directory:

BUGS    -- User reports of problems.

HELP    -- Help requests not met.

SUGGEST -- User suggestions.

USE     -- Contains information about game boots, shutdowns, user connects and
           disconnects, snoops, password faiulres.

HOME    -- Information about changes in user home preferences.

MEMO    -- Administrator journal.  Appended via "memo" command.
