 reserved for myself and NO ONE else.  If you choose to release a drivative
 of this work you may add your own license and conditions but may not

     Use of ANY files in this package, besides those otherwise stated here,

 Conditions for getting written permission will be decided at the time of

     The name "Sapphire", in the implied context, for public server use and
 release purposes, is restricted to my use ONLY, you may not run a public
 server of the implied type under the name "Sapphire" or release any
 derivative of this work under the name "Sapphire."  Derivatives may be
 released under names other then "Sapphire."

     There is a version of snprintf() included in this package for non-BSD
 systems.  It was not written by me, therefore this license does NOT aply to
 it.  Do with it what you like, it has no copyright.

     This package is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.  Damage
 of any type caused by anything in this package is not the responsabilty of
 the author.
