I just posted 'mudwho.exec', a CMS REXX exec to talk to mwhod servers,
in pub/incoming on watnxt3.ucr.edu.  The exec is pretty self-explanatory.

It requires REXTCPIP to run (as does REXXTALK).  Comments:

(1) It can be run from inside REXXTALK - use .c mudwho to execute it.
    It won't blow REXXTALK out, because it checks to see if REXTCPIP is
    active already or not.

(2) There aren't that many servers running the mwho support code.  It
    comes free with untermud (since Marcus wrote both), I've also seen
    at least one mush that runs the code.

(3) for lack of a better-known choice, the default server/port is decuac.
    dec.com 6889.  You can override this on the command line or by setting
    global variables (CMS's environment variables).

Gripes, comments, and fixes to me.
