A Large Cavern~
The river here flows smoothly through a large limestone cave. The sounds of
rushing water echo of the walls and the current of the river begins to feel
stronger.

A Small Tunnel~
You have entered a narrow, damp tunnel. The walls are covered with slimy mold
and a wretched stench hangs in the air. After several feet the tunnel makes

Before you lies the lost city of Atlantis.  Obviously, it is not lost anymore.
Great stalks of coral flank the entrance, dwarfing you as you pass by them.
You see a crystal dome high overhead keeping out the water.  The city is 
brightly lit, though no sunlight reaches through the fathoms above you.

This is Atlantis's main street.  At any time of the day (or night) this 
street is filled with the strange, fish-like inhabitants of the city.

strange appearance.  You see a veritable jungle of kelp to the north.

A small, kelp-lined alley is north.  Moon Pearl Boulevard ends up ahead at the
foot of a large tower.  It is now that you see the light source of the city.
It is a giant glowing ball atop the tower in front of you.  You stare in awe at
the magical power needed to sustain the intensity of the light.

This is the chamber in which Lord Neptune resides.  This is also the room
from which he runs the city through his puppet government.  The room is lit
by statues of anglers whose glowing parts still glow.  Various godly items 
are lying around the room.

Before The Palace~
Awed by the majesty of the building in front of you, there is nothing you can
do but gape.  The entire palace is built from rose quartz, with solid gold
statues and lawn ornaments scattered everywhere.  If all this is on the

The Palace Foyer~
The inside of the palace in more spectacular than the outside.  Magicians
are all over, performing for the throngs of people.  Several gold and
platinum sculptures lie about.  You see the throne room far to the south.

Approaching the Throne~
You pass by what you believe to be emmissaries and diplomats on your way
to the throne room.  As you draw nearer, you see that there are actually

Throne Room~
As you enter the room, you see the two thrones clearly.  Seated in one is the
sahaugin king and in the other is the merman queen.  This marriage is obviously
the binding force which has kept these two races living together in this city.
The royal couple looks bored as they sit in their respective thrones.  You see

You have entered the Temple of Pisces, apparently the patron deity of this

This is a side chamber in the temple.  It's obvious use is for commoners

The Home of the Sage~
This room belongs to the reknowned sage of Atlantis, who goes by the name of
Kreel.  His room is adorned with gaudy and clashing colorful wall tapestries,
and several  wide bookshelves have been placed in the corner.  This room is
large enough to sleep 15 men comfortably, but Kreel seems to have it all to
to himself.  A door is to the west.
