Path Leading into Town~
~
Wandering down a lush green forest path, you find yourself wondering
about what grand adventures might be in your future. Noticing a small
puff of smoke coming from the stack on top of a small building you
feel relieved that soon you will be back in civilization to replenish
your food and water supplies. On the side of the path an old oak tree
stand quietly watching each and every passerby.

Stepping out of the forest, you stand in the middle of a small town's
main intersection. It looks like a small mining camp has grown into a
town here. You notice a huge gate to the south and Turk's Trading Post
to the east. Beside the gate you notice a small plaque.

Turk's Trading Post~
~
Entering "Turks Trading Post", you see a room filled with skins and barrels
of various types of liquids. Leaning against the walls you see many weapons
and armors of all shapes and sizes waiting for some adventurer to purchase
them. You notice a huge skull with two sharp tusks protruding out from the
lower jaw bone. You are in awe of its size and wonder what creature it had
once been. Returning behind the counter, you can easily see that Turk limps
with his right leg.

just hope that none of these beasts bump into you.

Tor Sanctum~
~
Entering the room, the floor is covered with animal excretions marking the
Tor Leaders territory. This is a room of power among the Tor's, for it is
the killing grounds of their ruler. The dark redness that covers all the
walls, is the blood of countless travelers who have found their final
resting place and demise at the claws of this ruthless animal. The body of
a large animal lays decaying on the ground. All that remains is the war
barding that it had worn, it might have once been a dragon.

The Deep End~
~
The water is up to your shoulders here and it might be dangerous to go
any further for fear of drowning. The water feels cool to you skin and
sends goose bumps all over your body. Relaxing a bit you wade around
looking into the waters depths and in the far corner you can barely make
out a hole which goes deeper into the water.

Underwater~
~
Beneath the water, you discover a small cavern. The cavern is filled with
all the colors of the rainbow caused by light reflecting off the crystals
that are embedded into the cavern walls. The water is so clear it allows
you to see everything.

Tor Sanctum~
~
You happen upon an old abandoned mine shaft. As you peer upwards into
the shaft, you find that it extends a great distance upward. Maybe this
was the first attempt to mine these caves. The hoist has seen its day
long ago and is nothing more than rust not fit to lift a single pound.

Southern End of Kane's Tavern~
~
Wandering towards the back of the room, you see several tables with
chairs about them. An old piano rests in the far corner dusty and dirty
from the lack of use. A sense of despair hangs in the air of the tavern
like the people are waiting for something to happen. You wonder what
it might be.

Kane's Kross Roads Tavern~
~
Finding yourself in a small dingy tavern and thirsty for a drink, you
make your way to the bar to find a seat, noticing the smell of smoke
and alcohol mixed with laughter makes you feel right at home. The
proprietor of the tavern is Kane, a large man who is sitting behind
the bar waiting for your order. The room extends farther to the south.
An interesting sign hangs above the bar.

The Viper Pit~
~
Moving through this small area beneath the strange black onyx bridge,
you quickly realize that who ever built this place must have not wanted
anyone to be exploring in here. They also wouldn't have gone through
all this trouble to keep people out for no reason. The way upward looks
like it will get you back up on the bridge.

A Pit of Vipers~
~
You've fallen into a pit of deadly vipers that hiss and swarm to your presence.
You wonder how so many vipers could have possibly gotten into this place.
A small steel covered hole in the far corner answers your question. You're
afraid to move, fearing that any movement will cause the vipers to attack.
