This command is used in MOBPROC mobs.  It is used to turn %B%6on%0 the
mob's ability to 'hear' triggers.  After this call, a mob will respond to
triggers in its trigger list.

If you call this command with a mob that has no triggers in its list, it 
will be ignored.
