This spell causes everyone in the same room as the caster, except
for the caster, to enter a state of numbed brain functions, equivalent
to sleep. However, the person numbed by this cannot awaken on 
their own or with the help of others.

Please note: This affects all mobs and PCs in the same room,
whether assassin or not.
