Player Shoppes. The starting cost for a player shop is D3,000,000. This is mostly an administrative fee and will not cover the actual construction of a shop. The description of the shop and the shopkeep is up to the player. If the player has no descriptions in mind, they can be bought for D200,000 a piece. Each slot in the shopkeeper's inventory costs D75,000. Taxes are based on proximity to a hometown. Land tax starts at D20,000 a month and item tax begins at 13 percent. As one moves away from the hometowns, the taxes decrease. The shopkeep's cut is based on the shop's hours. These prices are subject to change. Please have these things decided upon before calling Cyruss to build a shop: Location of the shop, descriptions of shop and shopkeeper, minimum and maximum levels of the shop, number of slots in the shopkeeper's inventory, hours of business, and the owner's markup. Be sure to have these things clearly decided upon or an irritation fee may be added into the cost of the shop.
