Qdescribe gives you a description of a particular quest which is
active. To see currently active quests, use qlist. Qdescribe will also
let you know if you can or cannot perform a particular quest. Some
quests have race/class restrictions. Others can only be performed 
once, while still others may only be performed by one player at a time.
There may also be level restrictions on a particular quest. Any one
of these reasons may be why you cannot perform a quest.
Please note: If you do not have a %6%b Current Quest%0 line in
your %7%bqscore%0, you are NOT performing any quests. Please
make sure you performing the quest you think you are by using the
qscore command.
