The newbie channel is a channel specifically for newbies to ask questions on,
request aid, etc.  To use it, simply type newbie followed by what you want to
say or ask.

Note: This is NOT a general chat channel.  See HELP CHAT.

The newbie channel can be turned off with the DEAF command, which will turn
off all natural channels.
