%1DT DEATHTRAP TRAP%0
%1<<%0 general information%1>>%0

There are certain places where people may go, but will never
survive. These places are called Death Traps. The effect in MUD
terms, that a death trap has upon a character is to purge that
character, spitting it from the game and forcing it to drop all of
its equipment in the room of the death trap.
Death traps where on falls to his or her doom are the "nice" death
traps. Players who can fly can fly into these and recover the
equipment. Hence these are called "recoverable dts".
Death traps of any other kind are not so friendly. They are "non-
recoverable", meaning that if you hit it and lose your eq, then
you're bummin', my friend.

Please see: %7Policy%0 for more information on DTs.
