Clankeys and Portal items are 1000 domars from the shopkeep in a clanhall.
Food and drink containers are 20 domars from the shopkeep. Trainers may
only train to 30th level. Shopkeeps may NOT buy from clannies. Mailmen
are allowed in the clanhall. No healers or any other type of spell casting mob
in the clanhall. No extra flags on the Portal or Clankey. All clankeys are

Donation rooms can only hold a max of 30 items. You have to "drop" items
in the donation to allow "donating". 
One regeneration room: 1d4 base. 2d4 max. Anything above the 1d4 base
will cost 1 million domars. 
Optional items list:
Clanboard, ATM, extra descriptions in the clanhall <plaques etc.>,
donation room, regen room. <Statues etc. count to the mob list>.
Cost per optional item: 100,000 domars.
Personal Clan boards: 10 million domars. This is due to a limited code
amount of boards allowed in the game.

All designs go the the current Head of Clan's Email <no mudmail.>
No clanhalls may be in/over/within 10 rooms of a mid-high-lord zone.
All clanhalls must be written up by the clanleader and members of their
clan. The hopeful clan wishing to obtain a clanhall must send in an application,
detailing EXACTLY what they wish for their clanhall. No vague outlines
or short layouts will be considered. Placement of mobs, optional items, 
portal destinations, prefered descriptions of rooms, extra descripts if 
available descripts of mobs and objects MUST be clear before building
commences. No clanhall changes will be made in the future, so please
discuss thoroughly with your clan your plans. HoC and HoCA may 
request/alter or deny anything in the clan hall at any time as seen fit.
The HoC and HoCA must do the actual building of the clanhall, no matter
if a builder is within that clan.
Clanhalls, once built, will remain unchanged 'till the demise of the clan.
