%6Realms of Aurealis%0 was in beta development for just under 2 years. In that time, things have been added from code to zones, players to builders. Through all that, one thing has reimained consistent, our drive to make RoA one of the best MUDs on the net. Whether it be LP or Diku, we aim to make one hell of a MUD which can compete with any code base. It has been suggested (not only by me :P) that RoA release its own version. That speaks for itself. Though beta testing is officially over, we continue to add new code and areas. Sometimes the code is not totally bug free, but that is expected to some degree when you add the amount of code that we do as often as we do. RoA will never charge for playing, nor will we ever ask for any type of donation for any reason. RoA offers extended credits where they are due, to Diku and Circle for example and all the fine code work that went into those codebases. What does this have to do with beta? Who knows...
