Ignoring the tear, the woman portrayed here appears to be in her mid thirties. The painting as a whole is not displeasing, but you cannot see it ever hanging in a gallery of fine art. ~ E broken worn chairs cushions~ A stack of broken chairs towers here with their wooden arms hanging limp and splintered on either side of their seats. Stuffing is popping out from between the seams of the cushion's worn cover. Every piece of furniture here is in a terrible state of disrepair. Other than the incredibly large tree that blocks your path to the north, there is a clear and well tread trail off to the west. A few of the prints are obscured under the tree's immense trunk. There is something about the foot prints that suggest the tree is not as impentratable as it may seem. ~ E tree fallen east~ An old tree, 4 or 5 human armwithds in girth has cracked and fallen across the path. Many ice needles lie scattered about, broken and pulverized from the fall. Its rough bark skin is ribbed and cracked in places. Most of the cracks are hairline and difficult to see, but some of the fine lines appear a tad to straight to have been done by mother nature. ~ E fine lines cracks hairline~ The cracks appear much deeper and seem to form a rough rectangular outline on the surface of the tree. Leaving n about 1.5 feet of trunk pertruding from the ground.
