This snipplet basically junks the old Rom level-based command security system and throws
in something new that depends on groups and memberships.

Short and simply: If you screw up your mud, I am not at fault. Just restore from backups
and wait until you learn more about coding. :)

Ok. Requirements:
1. A Rom24b6 (may work with b4?) mud.

2. Ivans OLC 2.0 installed. I have translated my version of OLC2.0 so if I make function
   calls to the english equivalent of the spanish OLC functions, translate them back to
   spanish.

3. A working knowledge of coding so if you mess up the install process, you won't spam
   the ROM mailing list. I don't like to see 300 messages waiting for me to sift
   through... Contact me before the list, but as a second-to-last resort. I have other
   projects that occupy a lot of my time, so don't expect a speedy reply.

This code is freely distrubitable as long as you keep my header in the src file intact
and keep my name in the help for SecEdit. Also, do drop me an email. I would like to see
just how much of an impact my work has. :) ammaross@crosswinds.net

And also Ivan for supplying us with OLC. Thanks guys (and girls where needed. :)

Just follow the instructions in the secedit.install file and hope it works. :)
