Dave,

Tige Chastain here once again. I am close now. I got wizshell to take the dir
that I set up. I seen what I did. It you had explained it to me before, I
just didn't grasp what you where saying about defining the root from the mud
instead of from the ROOT dir of the machine.

Okay, now I have like 2 problems that are minor, but I want to get out of there.

1.) I can't seem to get help to work at all. I have them in the directory
that I told wizshell where they where, but I dunno why it will not see them.

When I type help wsh.man, I get the following result:

------------------------------------------(SNIP)-------------------------------
WizShell] help wizshell.man
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
[: not found
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This problem is very perplexing.
I looked in the Makefile in the /src dir and I didn't see where to define
the help directory. The directory for help is currently in /help *this is
the root directory for once wsh has put in its root dir*

2.) Whenever we log into the wizshell, it will never accept the first attemp
to log into it. the following is an example of what I mean.

(/usr/home/beowolf/wsh/src)>telnet mat.net 6669
------------------------------------------(SNIP)-------------------------------
Trying 205.252.122.1...
Connected to mat.net.
Escape character is '^]'.
--WizShell v1.46
login: Password:
Login incorrect
login: allanon
Password:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And one last thing, I tried your fix for getting mkpasswd to work by changing
gets(buff); to fgets(buff,200); however, in the manpages you need to tell
fgets a file to look for this in, and as a result I added stdin as the file
and I did get it to work. No biggie, I got it figured *C does come back to me
occationally*

I dunno why this is. I can't find anything that might have to do with it
either.

Also, I know that you are probably so confused as to who you are helping it
is not funny. The thing is that Beowolf got so ancy to put wizshell up that
he couldn't wait for me to do it since I am in school, with a job and a few
other obligations to attend to. So now, after chewing him out royaly, I am
doing it until it is done, so that should help you not having to repeat
yourself.

Thanks for all your help....
